Anita Shaw is a dual qualified European and UK Patent Attorney with 20+ years of experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) Law and a background in general sciences and Computer Science. Having worked in big tech at IBM (the corporate US Patent Leader for nearly 30 years), and at Group Lotus, a luxury and technology-first automotive brand, she has wide-ranging skills in protecting and harvesting IP; monetising IP through deals, collaborations, and licensing; as well as IP regulatory and policy efforts.
She is involved in a number of give-back initiatives relating to inclusion and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths (STEAM).
