WeQual
Katie Litchfield — founder of WeQual, TEDx Speaker, broadcaster, mother, and equality campaigner — is breaking down the barriers women face in reaching the highest levels of corporate leadership.
Katie’s journey began at the Financial Times in London, where, as the Executive Director of ‘The 125’ (a forum for global leaders), she quickly became aware of the stark underrepresentation of women in leadership roles in the largest companies in the world. Following her passion for change, Katie established WeQual.
Katie’s vision for WeQual is rooted in her belief that talent should be recognized and rewarded, regardless of gender. She has created a global platform designed to dismantle the barriers that prevent incredible talent from reaching executive positions. Her approach is both visionary and deeply personal, driven by a desire to ensure that the next generation of leaders is seen and heard.
WeQual has become a transformative force, dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in leadership.
Some of the largest companies in the world, including HEINEKEN, IBM, Sanofi, Coca-Cola HBC, and Prologis work with WeQual to drive equality in their organizations.
Katie is a sought-after speaker and is recognised as one of the Top 100 Influential People in the UK (2025). She has been featured on podcasts, in Harper’s Bazaar, where she discussed “How to Think Bigger and Aim Higher,” and appeared on TEDx addressing the topic of, “Tackling Gender Parity at the Top of the World’s Largest Companies.” Katie was also the keynote speaker for Randstad, addressing their 9,000 employees worldwide.
