Kene is an in-house solicitor at Mizuho EMEA, who specialises in debt capital markets and derivatives. As a dual-qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and Nigeria, Kene has a unique perspective and expertise in structuring debt offerings for companies and supra-nationals. She also participates in various working groups of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association and the International Capital Markets Association.
In addition, she serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Westminster and Holborn Law Society’s quarterly publication, the Central London Lawyer.
Outside of her professional achievements, Kene enjoys quality time with her family, community and traveling.
