Mandy Rawlinson is Head of UK and EMEA, Investments at abrdn, where she is responsible for, among other things, the overall P&L and strategy across 14 countries. Mandy has held various roles at abrdn including Head of Client Risk and Governance; where she was responsible for building a new client risk function, Chief of Staff; where she was responsible for business transformation, and Head of Strategy and Management EMEA; where she was responsible for identifying and leading enhancement and regulatory projects (such as Brexit and legal entity rationalisation) to deliver improved business efficiencies, better governance and an enhanced client experience.

In addition, Mandy sits as a director on product vehicles Boards for abrdn in the UK, Ireland and Cayman Islands and legal entities in the Middle East.

Mandy joined Standard Life Investments as Product Governance Manager in January 2014. Prior to this, Mandy worked at Pinsent Masons LLP as a dual-qualified Solicitor in Banking and Finance and went on to work at The Royal Bank of Scotland where she held the position of Associate Director in the Real Estate Restructuring Team.

Ms. Rawlinson is a Solicitor (qualified in Scotland and England and Wales) and a Notary Public. She holds an LL.B (Honours) in Scots Law from The University of Dundee and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.

Mandy also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification from the CFA institute and has undertaken Executive Education with Harvard Business School
